Lead-Enablement, Tooling & Automation(L&D-Functional)

Objective

Leading the Enablement, Tooling & Automation for Airtel Business (B2B org of Airtel), end-to-end. Work closely with the sales, business, engineering, marketing & product to ensure that our teams are enabled with strong Learning and Development plans, robust platforms to make them successful.

Key Areas of Focus

There would be three key focus areas of work:

Training and Enablement:

the training needs of the B2B team through collaboration with Business and Product heads, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

skill gaps and development areas within the team and prioritize training objectives accordingly.

and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of the B2B team [Sales, Product, Solutions, Customer Experience teams]

the training programs end-to-end [ planning, logistics, execution]

the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics

update and refine training materials and methodologies based on feedback and evolving business GTM

Sales Tooling & Automation:

the custodian for Seismic [Sales Enablement Platform] & drive key internal & external metrics. Get VOC from internal teams and create a plan to make it more useful for our team.

& implement the right Bid Management Tool, Sales Compensation & Analytics tool

and streamline processes related to end-to-end sales cycle using various automation modules with the engineering team

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

5-6years of relevant experience

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with training software and e-learning platforms.
