Senior Data Scientist

What the Business Does

This role is based in the Cross functional data team . Team is responsible for creating, testing,

deploying and managing smart automation tools using different technologies including but not limited to Python, AI/ML, Data science

You’re Responsibilities

In Depth understanding of ML Algorithms(Regression, Decision Tree), Statistics

Hands on Experience with setting up ML pipelines(end to end : includes working knowledge of model drift, data drift) and well versed with MLflow

Should be able to pretrain models given the data within Hugging Space

Should have worked on various data formats: textual data, Metric data

Understanding of Hadoop architecture is also a plus (not necessary to have )

Hands-on knowledge of developing EDA / AI ML models using python

Thorough knowledge on python libraries and proven track record of implementing insights

using machine learning algorithms.

Creating, testing and deploying data models to predict different insights

Working across the life cycle, from requirements analysis and design, through coding to

testing, deployment and operations

Deployment of AI ML frameworks in live environment in a private/secure setup

Skills You Need

● Coding experience in Python (5 years)

● Experience of working with python libraries like sk learn, matplotlib, numpy, pandas and

other related AI/ML libraries like nltk, spacy.

● Experience of working on code repositories, bug tracking tools and wikis

● Experience of SQL

● Experience of DevOps and Agile methodology and associated toolsets and

methodologies

● Experience of version control toolsets, such as GitLab, Bitbucket and Git

● Experience of AWS, Azure and GCP

● A background in solving highly complex, analytical and numerical problems

● Experience of implementing programming best practice, especially around scalability,

automation, virtualisation, optimisation, availability and performance
