Job Description: We are currently seeking an LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) approved Dairy Farm Worker to join our team at Hutley Acres Farms Ltd.

This position plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our dairy farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock while maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.

Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Lmia Dairy farm worker Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Key Responsibilities: Milking and Feeding: Perform milking duties, ensuring proper techniques are followed to maintain milk quality and hygiene standards.

Assist with feeding and watering of livestock according to established schedules.

Animal Care: Monitor the health and behavior of dairy cows, identifying any signs of illness or distress.

Administer medications and treatments as directed by the herd manager or veterinarian.

Barn Maintenance: Clean and sanitize barns, milking parlors, and equipment to prevent the spread of disease and maintain a safe working environment.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing fences and stalls.

Herd Management: Assist with the breeding program, including heat detection, artificial insemination, and calving assistance.

Keep accurate records of herd health, production, and breeding activities.

Operational Support: Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and effectively.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

Qualifications: LMIA approval for Dairy Farm Worker position.

Previous experience working on a dairy farm preferred.

Knowledge of dairy farming practices, including milking, feeding, and animal care.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
