3. To manage workstations and all equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized and maintained.

3. Provide assistance in any other areas that require preparation and assembly of meals for service.

4. Adhere to all quality and safety standards in kitchen.

5. perform any other duties as required by Unit Supervisor/ Sous Chef.
