JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years old
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus or required (depends on regional needs)
Business professional attire
High School diploma or equivalent
Full time employment
Pass State Licensing Requirements
Good customer service skills
Good communication skills
Reliable transportation
Goal oriented and self-motivated
Ability to approach potential clients and offer our services
Must be assertive and ability to provide a first-rate experience for our customers
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
Answers any questions regarding customers policy
Accept payments and process transactions
Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as needed basis
Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
FNOLs (vehicle inspections)
Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
Bank run deposits
Other duties as assigned
