Job Description
$85,000 commission basedResponsibilities:
Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
Assist and shadow experienced agents during property showings, client meetings, and negotiations.
Learn the process of listing and marketing properties through various channels, such as online listings, social media, and print media.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Attend training sessions and workshops to develop a deep understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, property listings, and client presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
Stay up to date with market trends and changes to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
+1 year of real estate sales experience
Real estate license or pursuing required
Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
No experience required!
Must have or be actively working towards obtaining a real estate license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms
