Role
As a Senior Manufacturing Technology Specialist (also known as Technical Training Specialist, Manufacturing Training Coordinator), you'll be responsible for designing and delivering a wide range of technical and team initiatives. Key duties include delivering training, conducting assessments, managing the development of courses, and collaborating with other teams to develop written and demonstration-based skills assessments.Benefits

Bachelor's Degree in a field related to manufacturing. Master's Degree in business, education or related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, adult learning theory, or a similar manufacturing environment. 6 years of experience preferred.
Proficiency in Engineering, IT Infrastructure Hardware, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Microsoft Excel, Root Cause Analysis, SCADA, and Six Sigma.
