Production Operative

TRC – The Recruitment Crowd is currently recruiting Production/Manufacturing staff for our brilliant world-class client, based in Grimsby.

Duties & Responsibilities

Applying strict Food Hygiene standards

Handling fresh and frozen products within the factory and production area

Packing finished goods ready for delivery to customers

Working with and operating heavy machinery

Work in a fast-paced production line Adhere to FMCG guidelines and hygiene

Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines Quality check of consumable goods

Candidate Requirements

Excellent personal hygiene

Warehousing experience advantageous

Prepared to work 12-hour shifts

Previous production experience is desirable

Good can-do attitude

Effective communication skills and problem-solving

Pay Rates / Benefits

£11.44 (Days)

£12.00( nights)

The rate of pay will rise after 12 weeks

4 on 4 off including weekends:

06:00 – 18:00 or 18:00 to 06:00 with 3x half-hour breaks

This role is ongoing with the opportunity to become a permanent employee.
