Physical Therapist

Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners or a Graduate PT eligible for Oklahoma licensure or Physical Therapy student in the final semester of graduate school - Required (Must obtain licensure before assuming patient care)

Key Responsibilities

● Responsible for the ethical, cost-effective management, delivery, documentation, and outcomes of professional physical therapy services to patients

● Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals

● Provides care in compliance with all applicable licensure/certification requirements, profession physical therapy acts, federal, state, and agency policies and procedures

Schedule and Shift Details

● Days: 07:30AM - 06:00PM (4 x 10hr shifts)

Full-time (40 hrs/week)
