The CRM Team at Wyndham Destinations plays a essential role in various strategic initiatives. This dynamic team is responsible for ensuring the integrity and consistency of our valuable customer data. The team aligns cross-functional teams dedicated to customer experience and data integrity. Staying abreast of Salesforce updates and industry best practices, the team remains at the forefront of CRM technology to optimize our systems. Additionally, the team manages relationships with vendors, acting as the product owner for Salesforce. They leverage data insights to generate actionable ideas to contribute to the creation of processes that provide structure to our operations, ensuring good, clean data for informed decision-making. Acting as trusted advisors, the team actively participates in problem-solving, helping the company navigate challenges and achieve objectives. Through their multifaceted responsibilities, the CRM team is instrumental in driving success and innovation across the organization.

The Senior CRM Salesforce Administrator at Wyndham Destinations is a pivotal role within our organization, collaborating with leadership to set the CRM strategy. As a certified Salesforce Admin, you will play a hands-on role in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solution; responsible for the systematic intake of enhancements, defects, bugs, and fixing them to improve the CRM system or technology. This role requires a keen understanding of company-wide data across multiple systems and utilizing reporting tools to provide valuable insights. Additionally, the administrator will partner with cross-functional teams, systematically solving business problems and maintaining an elevated level of business acumen to offer expert advice.

How You'll Shine:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on CRM goals including teams such as:

IT, to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems and collectively address technical challenges

External vendors that provide solutions to support CRM initiatives

Enterprise Data Management Team, to ensure availability of clean, usable customer data

Implement and optimize Salesforce technology on a daily basis

Leverage Wyndham Destinations’ customer data to provide valuable customer insights

Provide on-going support to Salesforce users

Understand how CRM integrates with communication channels such as email, phone, and chat

Staying updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices through self-learning

Examples of projects you will work on:

On-boarding new teams to leverage CRM technology

Collaborate on the development and maintenance of a customer communication preference center

Improving internal processes to save time and money for the organization

Coordinating user training sessions and creating documentation to support business needs

What You'll Bring:

Certified Salesforce Administrator: Proficient in configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements

Minimum 3 years analytic experience leveraging CRM Platform

Experience in CRM strategy development

Solid understanding of the principles of release management and user acceptance testing

Adaptable to evolving business requirements and technology landscape

Proficient in creating meaningful reports and dashboards

While not required, familiarity with basic development concepts can be beneficial
