Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls
Set up new projects
Create job packages
Process change orders
Request insurance certificates
Assist estimating department with company bid invitations
Assist office staff and upper management with various projects
Copy and scan documents when needed
Must maintain cleanliness of the office and the premises
Collect and distribute mail to appropriate employees
Receive packages from USPS/UPS/FedEx
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
