Medical Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will be part of an amazing team of hard-working, lively, enthusiastic professionals, working in a cutting-edge facility. You will provide clinical support for our dermatologists and assist in medical, cosmetic and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations

Accurate recording of patients' medical history, vital statistics and information such as results, treatment plans, telephone calls, etc.

Assist physicians examine and treat patients

Explain treatment procedures, medications, and physician instructions to patients.

Escort patients to exam rooms

Clean and sterilize instruments

Qualifications:

Previous experience or training as a Medical Assistant

Strong understanding of medical procedures and terminology

Strong organizational and written skills

Ability to clearly communicate with patients

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
