Job Description

Ozell Services personnel shall assess the condition of the facilities, roadways, walkways, and any other common area where employees congregate at NSWC Carderock West Bethesda footprint. The Contractor shall report all findings ESAMS, RMI and Archibus; re-inspect deficiencies every 30 days to track the abatement process. The Contractor shall assist the NSWC Carderock Safety Manager by researching complex compliance issues using known industry standards. Author point papers based on OSHA letters of interpretation, Department of Navy Safety Manual, NAVFAC Fall Protection Manual, Unified Facilities Criteria, and any other applicable reference. Research common industry practices when proposing permanent engineering solutions for systemic issues; and present findings formally for management review. Ozell Services shall run routine compliance reports using ESAMS, RMI and Archibus to develop trend analysis to differentiate systemic vs. local problems. The Contractor shall research corrective actions using engineering controls and develop courses of action for management selection. The Contractor shall assist in the execution of the Command Safety Program filing plan. The Contractor shall gather reports and compliance documents from program manager and organize records into a common shared drive or system of record for long term storage. The Contractor shall research retention rates and archive records that are no longer required to be maintained by the Command. The Contractor shall perform third party audits, develop regulatory support in accordance with applicable specifications and regulations.Company Description
