Front Desk Staff Member

Job Description

This customer service role is a great chance to work with dogs and their people! Front Desk staffers work together to meet all the administrative needs of both new and continuing clients. This role provides excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone. Front Desk staffers create the first impression for our clients and maintain our reputation of being the fun, friendly place to train.

Successful staff members are able to provide cheerful support to our clients, even when things are a bit hectic (which is often!). Excellent communication skills and strong PC skills are a requirement. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to quickly get up to speed on the relatively complex software we utilize. This role does require both weekend (minimum of one day) and evening (minimum of two evenings until 8:15 PM) schedule availability. Pay is $9 – $10 / hour.

We’ll provide training on the software and all the dog training knowledge needed to be successful in this role. Front Desk staff members get priority consideration when opportunities arise to join our internal training program for new dog trainers.
