Independent Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Description

We are seeking an Independent Insurance Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's market share by selling insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients with leads we provide.

Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs

Resolve client inquiries and complaints

Expand business reach through networking techniques that we will teach you.

Comply with insurance standards and all state regulations

Track and identify areas of improvement

Leads and bonus incentives provided.

Qualifications:

MUST have or be willing to obtain state issued Insurance Producer License.

Ability to build rapport with clients.

Prior customer service experience very helpful.

Teachable, and dedicated to help others with integrity.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills a plus but not required.

Ability to prioritize and multitask with self discipline and self management.

Ability to organize, and execute your daily work schedule.
