Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Treatment Program Leader

Location: Multi-specialty and Functional Health Clinic

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to lead the development and implementation of new treatment programs within our multi-specialty chiropractic and functional health clinic. As the Treatment Program Leader, you will play a pivotal role in designing, overseeing, and delivering innovative care solutions aimed at optimizing patient outcomes and enhancing overall wellness in an independent organization working 32 hours a week with no call or after-hour responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Program Development: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new treatment programs aligned with the clinic's mission and goals.

Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical expertise and leadership in the development and execution of treatment protocols, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.

Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing, to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

Treatment Delivery: Deliver direct patient care, including but not limited to medication management, therapeutic interventions, patient education, and lifestyle counseling, by established protocols and best practices.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment by working closely with chiropractors, functional health practitioners, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Quality Improvement: Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, patient satisfaction, and clinical metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancement initiatives.

Education and Training: Provide ongoing education and training to clinical staff, including chiropractors and support staff, on program protocols, best practices, and emerging trends in healthcare delivery.

Patient Advocacy: Serve as a patient advocate, advocating for the highest standards of care and promoting patient engagement and empowerment in their health journey.

Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of latest advancements in healthcare, participate in research initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovative treatment modalities and care delivery models.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes, and collaborate with administrative staff on program logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Positive, Reliable, Self-starter, Leader, and passionate about helping patients in an intimate setting.

Current unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Wisconsin

Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, etc.)

Minimum of [insert number] years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a primary care, specialty care, or functional medicine setting

Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing clinical initiatives or programs

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and engage patients in their care

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for advancing healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills

Preferred but not mandatory:

Experience working in functional health clinic setting

Certification or advanced training in integrative or functional medicine

Experience in program development, quality improvement, or healthcare management roles
