Job Summary:

Residential Service Technicians diagnose and solve roof/downspout, vent pipe/collar, flashing, and other water infiltration repairs using best repair practices. They also work closely with our sales team to assist with providing a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure service vehicle contains the necessary tools and equipment to perform assigned jobs for that day.

· Respond to customers service calls within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.

· Diagnose and solve roof, gutter/downspout, vent pipe/collar, flashing, and other water infiltration repairs using the best repair options.

· Clear drains, downspouts, and gutters.

· Make emergency repairs as needed.

· Identify, document, and advise on potential repairs/replacements.

· Clean up the work area and dispose of all waste materials properly.

· Review jobs with supervisor for pricing.

· Complete required daily paperwork, such as Dataforma field tickets.

· Adhere to Company’s safety programs.

· Must be adaptable to constantly change environments and workplaces.

` Provide support for active jobs by delivering materials to a site as needed.

` Light warehouse support as needed.

` Ladder assist to salesmen as needed.

`Ability to drive a truck and tow a trailer.

Requirements:

· Must have a working knowledge of various shingle types and their applications and also EPDM, TPO, PVC, tar and gravel, tile, and modified bitumen.

· Displays workmanship that meets Company quality standards.

· Superior organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

` Ability to communicate with customers in order to provide superior customer service and complete a sale.

· Maintain a working knowledge of Dataforma.

· Take accurate measurements and pictures.

· Must be dependable.

· Have and maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (for the operation of a company vehicle).

Physical Demands:

· This job requires work in all weather conditions and to have a flexible work schedule.

· Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
