Die Setter Process Technician, All Shifts

Job Description

Staffing Inc is partnered with a client in Grand Rapids, MI who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for Mold Repair Technician careers.

Shifts:

1st shift: 6am-6:15pm $19-26.23/hr

2nd shift: 3pm-11:10pm $19-34.94/hr

3rd shift: 6pm-6:15am $23-34.94/hr

Responsibilities:

Set up plastic injection molding machine and perform basic mold maintenance procedures.

Perform mold repairs and diagnose malfunctions.

Operate and change dies on machines

Maintenance and troubleshoot die tools and molding machines

Repair electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic mold malfunctions.

Drive hilo/forklift when needed

Communicate issues and updates to supervisor and engineers.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of blueprints, hydraulic, pneumatics, and electric experience

Mechanically inclined and Die Setter experience is a must

Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time

Maintenance molding process is a must

Associates Degree in mold maintenance or related technical certificate preferred
