Job Description: Work location: 119 Townline Road, Huntsville, ON P1H 1R1 Salaries: $47 hourly for 40 hours per week Type/Duration: Permanent, full-time position Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Vacancy Job requirements: Languages: English Education: Bachelor’s/University in construction filed or equivalent experience.

Experience required: 3 years or more of related experience.

Job Duties: 1.Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the project to ensure that quality control systems are established and continuously monitored to permit the delivery from start to finish of the best quality product and to minimize deficiencies.

2.Prepare and estimate the project budget, and issue subcontract agreements, purchase orders, etc.

3.Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions schedules to monitor compliance with daily project activities to ensure a high level of quality and safety.

4.Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with Sub-Contractors, clients and Material Suppliers to ensure the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.

progress and ensure quality construction standards throughout the project lifespan, assist in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors’ construction schedules.

6.Represent company to Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status, including project costs and potential changes.

7.Ensure purchase of building materials agreements and purchase orders in a timely manner 8.Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
