Provide local HR support to staff including but not limited to Recruitment new employees and experience employees (New HC or Replacement), T&D, Insurances, tools like Successfactors, Leave mgmt. etc
Joining Formalities pre reporting and after reporting
Induction Training
New employee Data updation in SF and LMS
Organizing medical check-up for newly joined employees and Annual medical check-up for existing employees
employee muster updation
Exit Formalities for left employees
Daily Attendance Monitoring
Prepare Employee training file (Technical and nontechnical) on roll and off role employees
Monthly in class /technical training data updation in SF
labour Department compliance Shops and commercial establishment Act, Contract labour act, Minimum wages Act and Payment of wages Act
Handling local administration, liaison with local authorities
Compliance to local requirements as below but not limited to: TNCPB compliance -Monthly return for water Effluent disposal or Hazardous waste disposal, Form - 4Annual return submission & Form - 5 Environment statement return submission, Application for new and renewal of CFO and Form-2

PR preparation for materials, Vendor agreements and vendor services
Petty cash handling
