Responsibilities for the EH&S Manager:

-Responsible for leading and supporting the development of and implementation of a facility-wide safety culture through technical support, program development, and relationship building.

-Lead the development of and implementation of a facility wide EHS culture through technical support, program development, and partnerships.

-Deliver programs to train managers and employees.

-Actively engage with all employees to promote plant safety, environmental responsibility and sustainability stewardship.

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety or directly related.

-3-5 years of hands-on, in-plant EHS experience within a manufacturing plant.

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and achieve goals. Experience building and leading teams.

-Experience in conducting inspections and audits to detect existing or potential accidents and determine corrective/preventative measures.

-Proven success in promoting an accident-free environment by developing, implementing and maintaining programs.
