Legal Secretary (VAF and Debt Collection Litigation)

Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation.

Ability to work independently and manage approximately 30 matters per day.

Ability to perform well under immense pressure.

Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times.

Ability to liaise with banks and debtors in the prescribed manner.

Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players.

Should be able to utilize and function on the following systems: AJS, DM11 and Lexpro.
