Your responsibilities will include: Design Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop architectural design concepts, and create innovative and functional solutions.

Building Information Modeling (BIM): Utilize BIM software to create 3D models, generate architectural drawings, and collaborate effectively with project teams.

Site Analysis and Planning: Conduct site analysis, evaluate environmental factors, and develop architectural plans that maximize the site's potential and adhere to zoning regulations.

Construction Documentation: Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and standards.

Materials and Finishes Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and systems that meet project requirements, considering aesthetics, sustainability, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Project Management: Oversee architectural projects, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring project delivery within established parameters.

Job Requirements: To be considered for an architect job in Canada with a work permit, you must meet the following requirements: Work Permit for Canada: Possess a valid work permit that allows you to work legally as an architect in Canada.

Ensure that your work permit is up to date and complies with Canadian immigration regulations.
