EDI experience
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
Microsoft SQL experience
Cleo Dashboard, TMW/TMT, and Synergize experience
AA or AS Degree or currently attending college in computer science or a related field of study or has obtained certification in key areas
Willing interest to continue to learn new skills and product knowledge
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As an EDI Administrator with experience in EDI, you will help automate business processes and support the company in going paperless.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support and maintain all servers, systems, and processes internal to the company related to EDI
Research and identify solutions to EDI problems in a timely manner
Ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
Diagnose and troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues
Document technical knowledge in the form of internal Knowledge Base articles
Ensure licensing and software are up-to-date utilizing monitoring software and other tools
Occasional support of SQL reports development
Work with stakeholders throughout the company as well as external customers
