Responsibilities include:

Conducting business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and application mapping.

Identifying and resolving gaps, proposing workaround solutions, and implementing change in procedures.

Developing functional and technical specifications, configuration setup, and proof of concept.

Performing testing of the implemented system and assisting the sales team in system development.

Undertaking technical work such as building reports, queries, and simple customizations using embedded tools.

What you need to succeed:

5+ years of experience with Epicor at a high level.

Experience with ERP projects and assessing existing customer usage.

Ability to prepare software assessment documents.
