Project Manager – Custom Residential

Location: Naples, FL

Well-known, privately-owned Custom Homebuilder (both new & large-scale renovations) is expanding and looking for a Project Manager experienced in ground-up luxury residential. Building in some of Southwest Florida’s most prestigious neighborhoods including Port Royal, Grey Oaks, Moorings, Royal Harbor, Olde Naples, etc. Firm is filled with cutting-edge well-respected leaders and consistent recipient of many awards for product and design.

The Project Manager works directly with General Superintendent and is responsible for overseeing the planning, permitting, organizing, budgeting, execution of projects. Determines scope of work, negotiation contracts, assigns subcontractors, quality control inspections, monitor compliance and building/safety codes, and acts as client liaison to include change orders. Works closely with Field Superintendents making sure all projects are on-time and within budget. Ideal candidates are professional, self-starters & critical thinkers with ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions. ProCore experience a plus.

Salary: $110K-$130K + 15-20K Bonus + company truck OR allowance + fuel
