Job Description
MAIN FUNCTION:
Support the IT department by assisting with the day-to-day service requests, documentation and working with members of the department to achieve a common goals
Provide technical support to end-users
Candidate is expected to grow and become more self-managed with providing status updates and meeting deliverables that are defined at the scope of the project
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher major in a technical field, including computer science, information technology, programming or engineering
Strong analytic and problem solving
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Familiar with code development
Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite and Visio
Introductory programming, C# or Java programming a plus
Info Technology or Data Processing experience
Ability to self-manage tasks and schedule

Maintain and compose technical documentation
