Compensation:

$41,000 -$55,000Responsibilities:

Follow repair estimates to prepare surfaces for painting. This includes panel scuffing, cleaning, inspecting, and correcting minor defects prior to paint.

Mask trucks, equipment, and other surfaces prior to painting.

Other miscellaneous tasks to keep shop & workflow in order.

Wet sand & polish painted surfaces.

Maintain an organized & clean work area.

Willingness to learn to paint small projects and progress to being a painter.

Must be able to work well with others as a team.

Must possess excellent speaking and listening skills.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Applicant must have a valid driver's license.

Applicant must have attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Applicant must be able to work full time 8-5 Monday - Friday.

Applicant must have reliable transportation to work every day.

Previous body repair/painting experience is a plus.
