We are looking for a Store Manager who will bring creativity and leadership to our team. It is necessary you have the desire to help bring our fashion to the future while maintaining the integrity of our brand’s past. Reporting to the District Manager, the purpose of this position will be to direct and lead superior retail strategies and perform store operation functions to achieve financial growth and sustained brand equity.

About the Job

Follow-up on relevant suppliers (recruitment agencies) for assigned vacancies, facilitating and expediting communication and logistics to enable the respective hires.

• Support in recruiting for complex positions: posting vacancies, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, gathering feedback.

• Support in training assigned recruiters: profiles, processes, contacting hiring managers, etc.

• Preparation of progress reports and tracking of assigned positions.

• Follow-up on socio-labor studies.

• Support in compiling documentation for selected candidates.

• Support in mass recruitment sessions, assessment centers, and others.

• Suggestions for innovative talent acquisition strategies.
