Job Description

· Coordinate project activities to attain successful goals on all projects by focusing attention to on time and in budget project completion.

· Participate in monthly billing meetings.

· On site management of all projects.

· Assignment of project managers to projects.

· Monitor status of all jobs in progress.

· Advise Contract Administrator of “Subsistence” requirements on all out of town projects in a timely manner.

· Implement and maintain scheduling system to insure optimal utilization of resources.

· Oversee maintenance of equipment.

· Oversee daily Yard activities.

· Overall coordination of equipment/crew schedule with project Foreman.

· Overall responsibility for Quality Control of projects.

· Overall responsibility for adherence to safety program.

· Maintain master schedule for crews and equipment.

· Prepare weekly schedule publish by Friday preceding each week.

· Process daily changes.

· Direct daily schedule for crane operator.

· Maintain daily time sheets for submittal each morning for review.

· Be effective in reading Plans/Specs for new/re-roof projects.

· Participate in pre-job meetings with handoff from estimating to Operations on all projects.

· Review Purchase Orders prepared by Contract Administrator.

· Participate in Pre-Construction Meetings.

· Maintain communication with project contacts regarding scheduling.

· Ensure inventory of materials received at project site. Submit “receivers” to Contract Administrator.

· Advise Estimating of Extra Work/Change Orders for pricing.

· Complete “In-house” Punch list.

· Coordinate Final Inspections with Customer/Manufacturer and advise Estimating of completion.

· Complete Punch list, if any.

· Participate in post-job review/analysis of actual costs to estimated costs through job cost system for use on future projects.
