Production Manager Food Manufacturer

Job Description

Summary: Under the Plant Manager, the Production manager is in charge of the full production process including inventory management, scheduling, machinery maintenance and employee relations.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

1. Oversee all production and Main Assembly line operations and sanitization

2. Implement and enforce safety and regulatory programs to ensure long term safe operation of the facility

3. Maintain all record keeping of daily, weekly and monthly production reports

4. Establish appropriate scheduling and employee work schedules in line with customer orders and plant performance requirements

5. Ensure compliance with all company, state, federal and international safety and regulatory policies and practices as appropriate

6. Implement and maintain Food safety management programs that adequately mitigates product and process risks

7. Develop, coach, lead and motivate personnel, constantly raising the standards of performance

8. Ensuring the development, compliance, and certification of HACCP and other food safety programs and adherence to required food safety laws, regulations, corporate policies and practices across company

Qualification:

-Bilingual in English/Korean Preferred

-5 to 10 years of experience in food production facilities

-5 years of experience in management

-Proficiency in MS Office
