Specialty Radiologist (Interventional) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda, Maryland.

One week on, one week off
$375.00 - $400.00 an Hour
Hours of Performance: The performance hours of the MTF are as follows:
Hours/day, eight days/week, 5-patient facility in-patient MTF.
This is a full-time contract hour are between 0700 – 1700 Mon - Fri.

Board certification by the American Board of Radiology, and current BLS and ACLS if required.
Valid, unrestricted medical license in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the U.S. will, at a minimum, be Board Eligible.
Licensure/Registration: Certificate of Additional Qualification (CAQ) in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
PHYSICIAN RADIOLOGIST SPECIALTY (Interventional) 1 FTE: Health care provider (s) shall provide subspecialty Interventional Radiologist.
Interventional Radiology
1) Perform and interpret IVC filter placement.
2) Perform and interpret angiographic diagnosis and treatment (including embolization) of GI hemorrhage.
3) Perform and interpret percutaneous biliary drainage.
4) Perform and interpret percutaneous nephrostomy.
5) Perform and interpret percutaneous drainages of fluid collections. Perform and interpret pulmonary arteriography.
6) Perform and interpret catheter-directed thrombolysis of arterial and venous occlusion. Perform and interpret embolization of miscellaneous hemorrhage, including post-partum.
OTHER TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES THE CONTRACT EMPLOYEE SHALL PERFORM BUT NOT LIMITED TO: The Contract HCP performs a full range of medical services to diagnose, treat, and manage patients' care as required and in strict compliance with standing orders and protocols set forth by the MTF and IAW JC
guidelines to include, but not limited to, the following:
