Job Description

Inspired by Trastevere, the bustling 13th district of Rome, Rione XIII explores simple Roman cooking on Seattles Capitol Hill. Our menu favorites include fried artichokes, classic pastas such as cacio e pepe and carbonara, as well as wood-fired Roman street pizza.

Our Line Cooks are trained to work all stations and have excellent knife skills. We prepare delicious food which is the highlight of the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for. Caring about the details, expanding ingredient, and menu knowledge, and fostering a positive learning mindset are key aspects of the Line Cook position.
