The Role

We are in search of a Zoho/Deluge Developer with a knack for system integration and bespoke application development. This role requires a robust technical skill set and a creative mindset to effectively utilize the Zoho One suite to enhance our FBO management system. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and ready to tackle complex challenges to deliver high-quality solutions.

Note: This position requires U.S. citizenship as some work on a government contract is involved.

Performance Objectives

First 30 Days: Quickly integrate into our team and understand X-1FBO’s core systems and business goals. Begin hands-on projects focusing on Zoho Creator, Desk, and CRM enhancements.

First 60 Days: Lead broader integration projects, connecting Zoho applications with other systems and optimizing workflows. Demonstrate increased proficiency in Deluge scripting and custom solution development.

Within 4 Months: Become a pivotal member of our tech team, driving significant projects and mentoring others in the capabilities and integration of the Zoho One suite.

Knowledge & Skills

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Zoho applications, particularly Creator, Desk, and CRM. Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API integrations is essential.

Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to address complex IT challenges with innovative, functional solutions.

Strong Communication: Excellent skills in collaboration and communication, necessary for working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Adaptability and Drive: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and motivated to continuously push the envelope in technology utilization.

Travel

This role may require occasional travel for team engagements, training, and industry events, subject to the needs of the business.

Location

For this role we are open to remote work anywhere in North America. Preference is for this person to be located in or near major FBO markets like New York, Chicago, Houston, South Florida, Southern California with access to a major airline hub.
