Our role: The role of a Software Engineer is to design, develop, and install software solutions and deliver quality software products for target clients within set deadlines and specifications.

The engineer also ensures that related activities are well planned, managed, and carried out within agreed-upon standards.

The Software Engineer reports to the Development Manager and will be based in the Perth office.

It does not have people management responsibilities.

What your day will look like:

Helped design and develop our core software offerings across our product suite of web applications.

User Experience and UI Design of new features and improvement of existing features.

Helping guide the team members on best practices in software development.

Performing software development.

Attending client workshops on occasion.

In-depth problem analysis.

Developing and improving continuous feedback processes.

What skills you will need:

3 years of experience building Java web applications.

Knowledge of Java development, including Web development with Spring.

Automated testing with JUnit.

Good to have - experience working with AWS, TDD, Elastic Search.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices

University qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
