Program Management Assistant Manager

The Program Manageris responsible for overseeing and conducting in-depth analysis of project performance; Requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of real estate project dynamics, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making through comprehensive performance evaluation; Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct detailed and comprehensive analysis of project performance metrics, including financial indicators, timelines, resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs); Oversee the performance of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives; Collaborate with project teams, department heads, and senior management to establish performance expectations and key result areas; Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on the analysis of project performance data.

Develop and implement a robust performance evaluation framework for real estate projects, encompassing key metrics and critical success factors; Regularly review and update the evaluation framework to adapt to changing business unit requirements; Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost-saving measures based on project performance analysis.

Perform Ad hoc duties.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Strong leadership and analytical skills

Proven experience in a managerial role overseeing project performance in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex performance analysis to management and business units

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:

Candidate must possess degree in Industrial/Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Management or equivalent

Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel expert or other relevant performance monitoring tools

At least 5 years working experience in the same field
