Overview
As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
have extensive experience working on salesforce,dot net,QA requirements
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and to provide updates on the recruitment process
Collaborate with departments to forecast future hiring needs
Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process
Network and build long-lasting relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
Maintain candidate databases and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient workflow
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods, best practices, and industry trends
Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events
Prepare and present regular recruiting reports to management
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and ethical hiring practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven work experience as a recruiter (either in-house or a staffing agency)
Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding
Solid understanding of HR policies and practices
Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and online recruiting tools
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting targets
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
Experience in technical recruiting is advantageous
