Principal/Business Development Manager

Role Objective - ECHO Search is growing and we are on the hunt to hire a seasoned Principal to lead new client onboarding.

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients and understand their challenges wrt Leadership Hiring or recruitment in general.

Present ECHO Search's value proposition.

Manage assignment delivery & execution as well as farm existing accounts for repeat business.

Build practice areas from 0-1 and 1-10 and act as a SME during new client pitches.

Qualifications

5-8 years of executive search or recruitment experience in an agency setup.

Exposure to more than one regional markets or multiple sectors would be an added advantage.

Team management experience is not mandatory.
