Monday to Friday (less than 6 months of experience with the business) £12.00 per hour Monday to Friday (after 6 months) £14.00 per hour Saturday (less than 6 months of experience with the business) £18.00 per hour Saturdays (after 6 months) £20.00 per hour . Desirable requirements: Industry experience, armed forces background or similar i.e police, prison officer, enforcement officer Job Description: • Carrying out enforcement work covering all areas of the Company’s operations, removing trespassers from land and buildings as directed by the Operations Manager/Appropriate Line Manager.

• To work as part of a team to ensure compliance with National Standards and other laws and regulations.

• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and ensuring relevant PPE is used, method statements followed, site-specific risk assessments carried out and all relevant paperwork completed.

• Ensure all company policies and legal requirements are met.

• To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post.

• Some driving required • You will be working within the team.

Mandatory requirements: • IT literacy and working knowledge of using technical products – Camera (still and video), body cam, iPad’s, mobile phone, Microsoft (Outlook, word, basic excel). • Clean driving licence (No offence for incorrect use of mobile, no drink/driving, no more than 6 penalty points). • Drive a manual car and automatic car.

• DBS criteria met (previously CRB). • Working hours should not restrict the completion of duties.

This requires the ability of flexible working to accommodate operational requirements.

fields, woods and car parks) • Willing to work outdoors in all weathers • Ability to follow clear instructions • Ability to work under pressure • Able to deal with people discretely • Be persuasive and assertive.

• Good negotiation skills.

Job Spec: • Flexible working • Uniform provided • All PPE provided • In house training • First Aid training • Use of company vehicle from RV point to allocated operation and back.
