Job Description

Balcones Recycling is a comprehensive environmental services company. We specialize in recovering resources through recycling, document, and product destruction. WE LOVE WHAT WE DO.

Who We Are:

Balcones Recycling is on a mission to recover as much valuable material from our waste streams as possible, extending the life of our natural resources and contributing to a circular economy. We are one of the largest independent recycling companies in the country, with operations in Texas, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, and New York. All we do is recycle – we are not associated with a landfill, which makes us experts in diverting recyclable materials away from trash piles and into our recycling programs. Working with Balcones Recycling is a partnership. From municipalities to small businesses, we offer a personal approach to help our customers and partners reach their zero waste goals, conduct effective educational outreach, and maximize comprehensive recycling programs.

Most critically though, none of this is possible without the passion and dedication of our hundreds of employees across four states. Keeping the health, safety, and professional development of our staff across the company is paramount to our success and one of the principles that we think distinguishes us from our peers. We believe that Balcones attracts and produces the very best professionals in the recycling industry and are excited to continue developing and recruiting more passionate team members who are interested in our mission and our growth.

How We Work:

Balcones is committed to:

Our EMPLOYEES and their ability to lead safe and rewarding careers that contribute to the development of their families and their communities.

Our CUSTOMERS and their sustainability and landfill diversion goals.

The ENVIRONMENT as it relates to recycling serving a critical role in a broader climate action movement and the development of the Circular Economy.

CONTRIBUTING to the growth, professionalism, and best practices of our industry.
