As an LPN at Farmstead Living, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being

Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans

Providing emotional support to residents and their families

Documenting resident care accurately and timely

We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license issued by the state of Minnesota

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Passion for providing top-notch care to older adults
