Position Overview: As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and budget. You will play a key role in building rapport, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish. If you have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a knack for exceeding customer expectations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to their needs and preferences.

Provide detailed product information and conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their lifestyle, budget, and preferences.

Negotiate sales terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently to finalize sales transactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
