The Purpose of Your Role

This role is an expert communicator and master of representing data, content, and ideas in a variety of visual formats. The Graphic Designer will execute on the company’s marketing strategies, aligning company goals and focused on audience-centric tactics across multiple channels, for an omnichannel B2B marketing approach. This person is an exceptional storyteller that motivates the audience to action, leveraging deep knowledge of technology, creative elements and enablement tools.

This person is able to work well independently with limited direction, bringing extreme creativity and strategic direction, leveraging their skills and talent to craft a visual that speaks to the audience.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, Marketing or related field

5 years related experience and a portfolio that showcases experience in visual communication.

Superb written, verbal and visual communication skills

Master of design tools (Adobe suite), presentation suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint), and website management (WordPress, wpengine, HubSpot, tag manager)

Strategic in bringing creative concepts to life across all mediums including but not limited to infographics, white papers, RFP’s, social media, and more.

Collaborative with multiple departments across the organization.

Strategic partner and collaborator across all functions of the organization.

Ability to quickly translate brainstorming discussions and big picture ideas into relevant creative visuals that align with our brand standards and marketing objectives.

Organized, efficient and able to multi task

Extreme attention to detail, and meticulous (almost OCD about spacing, formatting!)

Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to ensure we remain innovative, including how Ai can impact graphic design and content design

Exceptional listening skills, ability to ask clarifying questions, accept constructive feedback and deliver project on time and budget.

Ability to collect and comprehend data and develop content that visually represents the results, in the form of infographics, presentation slides, etc.

Passionate about brand adherence- understand brand guidelines and be an ambassador for upholding guidelines across the organization. The Competencies You Bring

The Value You Deliver

Strategically deliver compelling and effective visual content across a variety of audiences, internally and externally, driven by the company’s purpose and objectives

Create and optimize presentation materials with high level strategic direction

Develop visually engaging documents, white papers, case studies, infographics, email templates, branding elements, etc.

Develop cross-functional design needs across the organization (email templates, interactive and static graphics, presentation templates, branding elements)

Assisting and working closely alongside the Marketing Manager with corporate website design and working with our agency. Update the WordPress website and landing pages, using website analytics/performance and SEO to optimize.

Research and gain an understanding of the BPO industry and clients’ business/products to assist in strategic recommendations, tactical planning, and executions that further the client’s goals and objectives. Leverage analyst data to provide proactive market trends data in presentation format for internal teams to share with prospects and clients.

Deliver brand marketing programs and projects on time and on budget. Critical to this position is your ability to analyze project requirements, organize and prioritize tasks, identify risks early, and manage the brand marketing program process efficiently.

Use strategic thinking to drive engagement of audiences with strong communications graphics, photography, and impactful infographics for use within digital and social media platforms.
