Costpoint Financial Analyst

Responsibilities: Utilize Costpoint ERP system to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data for reporting and decision-making purposes.

Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and trend identification.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, preferably in a Costpoint environment.

Strong understanding of Costpoint ERP system and its modules, including General Ledger, Project Accounting, and Accounts Payable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-finance stakeholders.

Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

CPA or CMA certification preferred, but not required.
