Your Role:

Manage and oversee all accounting, costing and FP&A operations related to the plant's financial functions.

Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management.

Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing guidance and support to department heads.

Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve financial performance.

Provide guidance and support during audits, managing audit processes efficiently.

Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Understanding of US GAAP Reporting

Experience in reconciling between US GAAP and statutory IGAAP accounts

Experience working with a large multi-national publicly registered company

Your Background:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

5+ years post qualification experience, preferably in similar role.

Experience in a large setup team is added advantage.

Should possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills

The candidates having prior experience of working in ERP environment will be preferred.
