The Crown Is Yours

As a Fantasy Revenue Operations Team Lead, you will assist with bringing the best Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) product to our customers and help drive results for the business. You will manage a team focused on various fantasy-related activities, including contest creation, on-site merchandising, quality assurance, and live scoring. In this role, you’ll also collaborate across teams to better understand the various cohorts of our customer base and the variety of games and programs they respond to. This includes Pick6, one of our newest product releases.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A FANTASY REVENUE OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD

Assist in managing operations related to our Reignmakers NFT product, including pack breaks, minting, and creation of player cards.

Ensure operators on your team are effectively utilized and rotated and support the day-to-day needs of the team.

Suggest recommendations to improve the internal trading tools by working closely with internal stakeholders.

Provide guidance and support to team members by conducting regular performance evaluations.

Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations by maintaining high standards of ethics and professionalism.

Work closely with leadership about the performance of our DFS product.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience with online gaming or relevant online B2C experience.

Passion for sports, particularly fantasy sports.

Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and make quick decisions.

Fluency in English.
