We are seeking a full-time Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S) Cyber Warfare Directorate. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of a high-profile DoD program with Congressional mandates for the national security of DoD systems. In this position you will be part of a highly skilled team that has expertise in many areas of supply chain risk management, cybersecurity and cyber defense. This is an excellent opportunity to gain expertise in a diverse set of cyber-related skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth mission analysis in support of cybersecurity assessments for DoD missions with focuses on process identification; supported/supporting missions; and systems, services, personnel, and equipment dependencies.
Develop data collection strategies and frameworks for collecting information from various sources and ensuring necessary data is captured
Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and collect and review documentation to identify and analyze mission processes and dependencies
Organize and manage data and information collected for best practical use
Develop graphical representations of mission processes and dependencies
Conduct criticality analysis using in-house tools and coordinate with team members and software developers to enhance tools and identify methods to determine mission critical functions and conduct dependencies analysis
Collaborate with IT network analysts/engineers, cybersecurity analysis, supply chain risk management analysts as part of a larger effort in conducting cybersecurity assessments
Education/Qualifications:
Required:
Active U.S. Top Secret for Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance
Bachelor's Degree
6+ years of experience working in or in support of military organizations at the operational or strategic levels
Experience with Operations Research Analysis functions is required, for example: Operational Assessments
Data Collection and Management
Military Decision Point Analysis
Mathematical Modeling
Transforming Complex Analysis into Executive-level Decision Support
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite software.
Ability to support up to 50% O/CONUS travelMissions are typically 1-2 weeks at a time
Preferred:
Bachelors or Masters degree in a STEM-related field
Security+CE certification
Knowledge of data analysis software (R, Python, SAS, etc)
Experience in cyber-related operations, information management, or analysis
