Senior Graphic Designer

Unit Description:

Sodexo is actively seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the team.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 15-20%

This role is responsible for support to the new sales and retention teams, primarily working on key must-win and must-retain opportunities. This person will interface daily with the sales and retention teams, ensuring they have the tools to sell and retain business.

Job Responsibilities:

Create a wide variety of assets to support new sales and retention initiatives at Sodexo, from proposal to presentation.

Design visually-stunning, creative collateral to be used in presentation rooms – i.e. booklets, banners, leave-behinds, and other items, as needed

Design presentations for executives to present in client meetings, town halls, and internal calls, with cohesive visual design and animations

Work with our proposal design department to ensure content is regularly updated including templates that other designers can follow.

Design differentiated branding for new sale and retention bids

Create infographics for sales-ready proposals and presentations

Bring new and exciting design and presentation ideas to the sales team regularly

Travel to new sale presentations and assist with presentation edits, technical setup, and other tasks as necessary

Work with sales directors to bring ideas to life visually.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in graphic design/print production
