Responsibilities:

The Systems Integrator supports the Security and Operations Group, assisting with the establishment of the office-level portfolio and Strategic Planning/Financial Analytics. Skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Applies knowledge of the technologies identified in “Required Qualifications”

Ability to strategically look across inner programs and operations to gather cost / Level-of-Effort data and performance data

Provide analysis and recommendations for operations efficiency, gaps, and performance

Provide analysis and recommendations on cost build-up\distribution for Cost Recovery of O&M services

Ability to communicate with oral and written communications on findings, efficiencies, gaps, recommendations

Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals

Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills

Complex Problem Solving – Identifying complex problems reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs

Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

Qualifications:

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

A degree (or equivalent experience) in quantitative analysis, financial analysis, social sciences, or a closely related fieldBS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7

Knowledge of strategic planning and resource management processes

Knowledge of business resource planning practices and cost analysis methodologies

Knowledge of quality assurance procedures to ensure data integrity and timeliness of the data

Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices

Knowledge of program risk assessment principle and processes

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

Knowledge of IC strategic planning and resource management processes

Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
