About This Opportunity

Responsibilities:

Digital Operations Manager is the Zone champion who is accountable for digital program success. They are responsible for execution planning and aligning/influencing digital platforms at the zone level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic alignment between SSC and Zone on key digital platforms and direction of company.

Communicate to key stakeholders around digital vision and strategy. This would include all levels of field operations as well as store operators through various meetings such as ZLC, MSM, Zone/Region staff meetings and Town Hall/FOA events.

This person would be responsible for content development and presentation.

Lead calibrations with the field on new digital initiatives.

This person would be on the ground coaching all parties on digital initiatives during QVs on a weekly basis.

This person is accountable for developing a digital vision and execution strategy - thinking outside the box to drive results.

Provide visit recaps to celebrate wins, review opportunities identified, and set follow up plan to support improvement.

Verification on all digital platforms, providing key insights to drive execution and sales growth within the Zone.

Responsible for development of Market SMEs

Selling Plan Day 1 support – Digital product and offer support, verification, and escalation as needed.

Need to be willing to travel 70-80% of the time mostly out in the field but will need to periodically travel to the SSC and other Zones to provide support

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/4 year degree

Experience: 5+ years

Building strategic plans that drive quantifiable results at a Zone/Region/Market Level.

Exemplary presentation skills.

Ability to speak with credibility at the zone level or in front of large groups of Franchisees.

Working directly with franchisees and store managers and skilled at interacting with customers and employees in a store.

Managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of 8-10 SMEs and developing them to be able to compete for future roles.

Managing multiple projects and multiple tasks at a high level with a high sense of urgency
